Your Mission: Conversion & Growth
Your goal is simple: increase online visibility and structurally improve conversion to new orders.
- Campaigning: You build and optimise high-performance campaigns on Meta, Google and TikTok.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): You analyse the shop, spot bottlenecks and improve the user experience together with the founders.
- Data is King: You set up dashboards (Looker Studio/GTM), measure every touchpoint and steer sharply on ROI.
- Creative Lead: You manage freelancers and content creators for the best ads and landing pages.
Who are you?
- You are an entrepreneurial marketer who thrives in the dynamics of a scale-up.
- You have 5+ years of experience in performance marketing and e-commerce.
- You have experience managing agencies (website development, performance and content agencies).
- Tools like Google Analytics, GTM and the various Ad Managers hold no secrets for you.
- You are analytically sharp and understand the psychology behind a purchase.
- Affinity with the medical world or healthcare sector is a major plus; you understand the value of our mission.
- You are proactive, fluent in Dutch and English, and ready to pioneer.
The Offer
- Salary: €6,000 - €7,000 gross (based on 40 hours), in line with your experience.
