1. Terms and conditions Welcome Discount — code WELCOME100

1.1 Organiser: This promotion is organised by Vi Care NL B.V. ("Vi Lifestyle"), Chocoladeweg 8, 1381 DA Weesp, Chamber of Commerce (KvK) no. 92617492, VAT no. NL866117069B01.

1.2 Duration: The code is valid up to and including 31 October 2026.

‍

1.3 Target group: The promotion is intended exclusively for new customers of Vi Lifestyle: persons who have not previously had a customer relationship (treatment agreement) with Vi Lifestyle.

‍

1.4 Verification: Whether a person is a new customer is determined on the basis of the citizen service number (BSN) provided during the intake, not on the basis of the email address provided. If the BSN matches an existing or previous customer file, the right to participate in this promotion lapses, regardless of whether a different email address or name has been used.

1.5 Value and application

  • The discount is a one-off €100 and will be deducted from the first order/first payment instalment.
  • The code can be used once only, cannot be exchanged for cash, is not transferable to third parties and cannot be combined with other discount codes, promotions or offers.
  • Maximum of one code per person (BSN).

1.6 Exclusion and misuse: Vi Lifestyle reserves the right to refuse, withdraw or reverse participation in the event of suspected fraud, misuse or circumvention of these terms and conditions.

1.7 Processing of personal data: The BSN is used solely to determine whether the person is a new customer, as an additional purpose to the processing of the BSN in the context of the provision of care. For more information, please see the Privacy Policy.

1.8 Other provisions: The treatment agreement is also subject to the general terms and conditions and the Privacy Policy of Vi Lifestyle. Vi Lifestyle may amend these terms and conditions during the promotion or end the promotion early; discounts already granted will remain unaffected. This promotion is governed by Dutch law.

2. Terms and conditions Returning Customer Discount — code WELCOMEBACK100

‍

2.1 Organiser: This promotion is organised by Vi Care NL B.V. ("Vi Lifestyle"), Chocoladeweg 8, 1381 DA Weesp, Chamber of Commerce (KvK) no. 92617492, VAT no. NL866117069B01.

2.2 Duration: The code is valid up to and including 31 October 2026.

2.3 Target group: The promotion is intended for former customers of Vi Lifestyle who have not placed an order with Vi Lifestyle in the 12 months prior to using the code.

2.4 Verification: Whether this condition is met is determined on the basis of the order history linked to the customer file (BSN and/or customer number), not on the basis of the email address provided.

2.5 Value and application

  • The discount is a one-off €100 and will be deducted from the next order/payment instalment following reactivation.
  • The code can be used once only, cannot be exchanged for cash, is not transferable to third parties and cannot be combined with other discount codes, promotions or offers.
  • Maximum of one code per person (BSN) per reactivation.
