Preheat the oven to 175 degrees.

Peel the bananas and mash them together with the honey in a bowl with a fork.

Add the eggs and mix well.

Fold the almond flour, olive oil, baking powder, cinnamon and a pinch of salt into the batter. Roughly chop the nuts and fold them into the batter as well.

Line the cake tin with baking paper and pour in the batter.

Place the cake tin in the oven and bake the banana bread for 45 minutes. Check after 40 minutes whether the cake is cooked by inserting a skewer into the center of the cake. If it comes out clean and dry, the cake is done.

Then remove the banana bread from the oven, let it cool slightly and cut into the number of slices as indicated in the recommended portions.

Store the banana bread in aluminum foil outside the refrigerator or freeze the slices.
