Steps

Cook the rice according to the directions on the package.

Finely chop the garlic. Peel the carrot and cut into slices. Cut the cauliflower into small florets.

Cut the chicken breast into cubes.

Heat the olive oil in a wok or frying pan and fry the garlic briefly.

Add the chicken breast and fry all over. Season with salt and pepper.

Add the tomato puree and fry for a while.

Reduce the heat to low, add all the spices and stir well. Let it cook for 4 to 5 minutes.

Add the water and cream and bring to a gentle boil. Once it boils, add the cauliflower florets and carrot. Lower the heat and let it simmer for 6 to 8 minutes.

Serve with the rice.
