Steps

Cook the rice according to package directions.

Meanwhile, peel and chop the onion. Wash the bell pepper and cut into strips.

Peel the ginger and grate finely.

Cut the broccoli into small florets and cook for 4 to 5 minutes.

Heat the olive oil in a wok or frying pan and fry the chicken briefly. Add the onion, bell pepper, ginger and the Chinese five spices and fry over high heat for 3 minutes.

Add the soy sauce and fry for a few minutes, stirring.
