Steps

Cook the pasta according to package directions. Add the peas for the last 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, wash the zucchini and cut into slices.

Cut the chicken breast into cubes.

Heat the olive oil (for frying) in a frying pan and fry the chicken briefly.

Add the zucchini, fry for a few minutes and season with salt and pepper.

Toss the chicken with the zucchini through the pasta with peas and heat through for a few more minutes. Season further to taste with olive oil, salt and pepper, if desired.

Transfer the pasta to a plate and garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.
