Steps

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees

Roughly chop the almonds.

Place the oats with the almonds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, linseed, dates, raisins and cinnamon in a blender or food processor and grind briefly to a coarse mixture.

Heat the honey in a pan until very liquid, then add the oil and water. Stir and add the oat mixture. Stir well until you get a sticky mixture.

Line a small baking tray or small oven dish with baking paper and spread the muesli mixture over it. Spread well so that it is evenly thick throughout. Bake in the oven for about 25 to 30 minutes until nicely browned.

Remove from the oven and make incisions with a knife where you want to break/cut the slice.

Let cool completely and then break/cut into 8 bars.

Store the bars in a sealed container outside the refrigerator.
