Steps

Peel the banana and cut a few slices for the topping.

Grind the oats in a food processor or blender until fine.

Add the egg, banana, milk, baking powder, cinnamon and a pinch of salt and mix until smooth.

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

Pour the batter into the pan. Cook until bubbles form on top, then gently flip.

Then bake all the batter in this way, stack the pancakes on a plate and garnish with the banana slices, walnuts and honey.
