Steps

Beat the eggs in a bowl with some salt and pepper.

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and pour in the egg mixture.

When the egg has set at the bottom, divide the spinach over the omelet.

When the top of the omelet starts to set, fold the omelet.

Cut open the avocado, remove the skin, and cut into slices.
