Steps

Cut the spring onion into rings.

Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half. Wash the cucumber and cut into cubes.

Cut open the avocado, remove the skin, and cut into slices.

Slice the halloumi. Heat a grill pan and grill the halloumi until it has a nice brown grill stripe.

Meanwhile, mix the lemon juice with the olive oil and balsamic vinegar to form a dressing.

Place the lettuce on a plate or in a bowl and divide all the ingredients over it.

Finally, drizzle with the dressing.
