Steps

Drain the tuna.

Wash the spring onion and cut into rings. Finely chop the gherkins and finely chop the walnuts.

Mix the tuna with the lemon juice, low-fat quark, mustard, spring onions, gherkins and walnuts in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.

Top the wraps with the arugula and divide the tuna mixture over the wraps.

Close the wraps and enjoy.
